  Excellent place! The room was very clean and staff was very helpful. I stay in many IHG hotels and this is one of the nicer ones.

  숙소가 최근에 지어진 곳 이여서 앵커리지의 다른 곳에 비해서 가격대비 깨끗하고 정비가 잘 되어있습니다. 조식을 먹으러 다른 건물로 이동해야하지만 가깝고 별다른 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 시내로 이동할 때 우버나, 택시를 이용해야하지만 숙소의 아늑함을 생각하면 충분히 감당 가능합니다.

  We stayed here as part of a group reservation. The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the airport shuttle was a major convenience, typically arriving within 10–15 minutes of our call. Breakfast was also excellent, with a diverse and thoughtfully prepared selection.the full size fridge and kitchen that’s well equipped was very convenient. Proximity to supermarket and restaurants was an added plus. Our disappointment was with room assignment. We were traveling as a family of three, and the room was simply too small, with barely enough space for our luggage. We asked repeatedly over three days to upgrade to a suite and were willing to pay the difference, but were told none were available. Later, we learned that a colleague traveling alone had been assigned a suite. She even offered to switch rooms, but the front desk declined. What was frustrating was not the lack of a complimentary upgrade—we were prepared to pay but the lack of flexibility in finding a workable solution. The hotel has many strengths, but better room assignment management and communication would have made a significant difference. We ultimately shortened our stay because the room was not functional for three people. I would stay here but I would raise issues up to multiple people at corporate because the front office did not seem to want to help.

  We stayed at this hotel for one night out of convenience, but we stayed for a second night because Tema, the front desk agent was so helpful and welcoming to us. We were air lifted off of a cruise ship for a medical emergency and she made our stay as comfortable as possible. She empathized with us, let us borrow her personal phone and made us feel at home. The hotel is very nice, but Tema makes it a special place to stay. Thank you Tema for all of your help during this difficult time. You are a blessing!

  Been staying here a few weeks. Hotel is great. Clean with a good breakfast. Hotel friendly. Angel at the desk is fantastic and makes you feel at home. Very attractive to. Would recommend this hotel to freinds and family
