  I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and overall I’ve had a very good experience. I also think you can judge a hotel by how the staff handles problems, not only when everything goes perfectly. My first stay was in a room facing a quiet street, and everything was great. When I returned a week later, there was some confusion with my booking, and I was given room 214 facing Shevchenko Street. The room itself was lovely, but there is a nightclub next door with music until morning on weekends. If you come to Lviv to party, perfect, the soundtrack is included. If you come to sleep, as I did, ask for a room on the quiet side. The hotel was full, but the reception team found room 202 for me. It was smaller and the view was mostly a wall, but it was quiet, and at that point the wall looked beautiful. The next day, they moved me to the room I originally wanted, and everything was excellent. A useful tip: booking directly through the hotel website or reception may be cheaper than Booking.com. You can also explain your room preferences in advance. Breakfast is served next door at the famous Baczewski Restaurant. It is a buffet with live piano music and costs 500 UAH, around 10 euros. The price is the same whether you book in advance or simply walk in. Definitely worth it. I would happily stay here again, just preferably on the quiet side.

  Дуже гарний готель. Зручні подушки , матраси середньої жорсткості. Хороша звукоізоляція. Прибирання і заміна рушників кожного дня. Дуже ввічливий персонал. Дякую, повернусь до вас ще!

  Чудовий готель у самому серці Львова — на площі Ринок. Усе нове, чисте та затишне. Окрема подяка привітному персоналу, який завжди зустрічає та проводжає гостей зі щирою усмішкою. Львов — невероятно красивый город, а пребывание в этом отеле сделало нашу поездку ещё приятнее. Спасибо за тёплый приём и гостеприимство! Обязательно вернёмся к вам снова ❤️

  We recently visited Lviv and stayed at this hotel for the duration of our trip. Our room had a king bed, faced Shevska Street, and was quite spacious. It also included a comfortable couch, which was a nice bonus. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. The front desk team was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There are two reasons I'm giving the hotel four stars instead of five. The first is the bathtub/shower combination. Getting in and out of the tub felt surprisingly awkward and, at times, unsafe because of the high tub wall. In the U.S., a setup like this would likely raise accessibility concerns. The tub also became very slippery when wet, and I genuinely felt like I could slip at any moment. I found myself holding onto the wall throughout every shower just to feel stable. Additionally, the small glass shower screen didn't do much to contain the water, so the bathroom floor became quite wet after each shower. The second issue was the nighttime noise. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so we expected some noise from the crowds. However, the biggest disturbance wasn't people outside—it was the loud music from a club across the street. I understand that this isn't the hotel's fault, but perhaps additional soundproofing or better-insulated windows in the rooms facing Shevska Street could help reduce the noise. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay. The excellent staff, spacious room, and central location made for a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.
