  The Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv is an hotel in a stunning location. Great sights of history, beautiful architecture and immense, rich culture surround the hotel. It is truly nestled in the heart of Lviv. The building itself is old, beautiful and with a classic but modern interior design. The reception team is friendly, kind and quick in response. Especially Yuliia, who did an outstanding job, understanding customer service and professional friendliness perfectly, I kept in mind only positive. The room was beautiful, clean and most importantly quiet. The air conditioning was working beautifully in the early summer heat. After asking for it we received conditioner, which was nice. I think it would be good to include some permanently into the rooms, since some guests might be too shy to ask. The hotel has a room service and a restaurant. The dishes and drinks you can order up to the room are all of outstanding quality. The night room service menu is especially excellent. The tuna sandwich needs to be mentioned here, for the fishes quality was perfect. In the end we regretted even, that we didn't have a full dinner in the evening, since the food quality of the restaurant is so fantastic. So I would highly recommend eating at the restaurant or using the wonderful room service! The rose lemonade also shall find it's mentioning, for it had become my favourite drink during our stay. During one day of our stay, the breakfast buffet had not been refilled when we arrived for breakfast at 9:50. The breakfast goes until 11. We had to go hungry and went out into the city, dissatisfied. Here comes the however: After sitting somewhere else, I wrote the reception, and the hotel reacted immediately about our complaint and the next day the breakfast was of outstanding quality. Not only that but the hotel additionally had gifted both of us a dessert of outstanding quality. This shall not dishearten you to book, but the opposite. I include it to inform you to not be like us and simply approach the restaurant team about it first. I am sure they would have offered us something from the regular breakfast menu, however it wasn't offered to us and I did not think of asking. Important to note: The Breakfast can be a buffet or a menu. We had the menu with an additional rather small buffet but high quality on the second day and it was great. The breakfast of the first day got refunded. The way the hotel staff dealt with it was honestly done perfectly. If you're in Lviv, this is a great place to stay. If you find yourself indecisive, here you won't make a wrong decision. -L.
