The lobby is excellent with plenty of seating and their drink fountain is an absolute treasure. Rooms are clean and spacious. I had a great stay! Thank you!
- BMBriana MarsonMar 22, 20262.0Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when we arrived at 4:30, our room still wasn’t ready due to cleaning delays. We were told 15 minutes—it turned into about 30, with no updates, and I had three young kids with me. When I asked about a partial refund or credit for the inconvenience, they made it a point to say they couldn’t offer anything because I booked through Expedia. After the receptionist spoke with the GM, I was only offered one free drink. Having a strong customer service background it's a shame that something wasn't offered promptly instead of having to ask for the bare minimum. It didn’t get better from there. Our room keys didn’t work, the pool was extremely cold despite 90° weather, and our room had no TV remotes. After calling twice and waiting over an hour, the remote that was brought didn’t even work—I had to go get one myself. Overall, it felt like one issue after another with no urgency. Very disappointing experience, especially traveling with kids. You get what you pay for, however the 9.2 stars an Expedia is definitely not correct.
