I love the Staybridge suites this particular one not so happy with they offer a room clean every day three days ago. I came to my room and there was a do not disturb sign on my door that I did not put up there I’m guessing so Someone didn’t have to clean my room then I called the front desk the day after on a Thursday and I asked If and when they clean rooms, she replied the clean rooms every day Light touch. I responded with no one came to clean my room. Can you please put me down on the list to get my room clean tomorrow? She made sure she put me down on a list, she said, she double checked it checked it and for sure I will be getting my room cleaned for Friday. I go to work at 5 AM in the morning, I just made it to my room at 6:31 PM and my room is not clean. I called down to the front desk. I speak to the one who told me that she put me down on the list they have my room clean she said she spoke to the head housekeeper and was assured that my room would be clean today so as I’m trying to calm down my frustration I told her don’t worry about it. I’ll just come down and grab some towels so I can at least take a shower and she proceeded to tell me that they don’t even have towels down at the front desk. Who in the hell am I supposed to talk to? Because this is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous.

Great quality food overall, hot and ready, and the breakfast gal was so sweet!! The fresh fruit was very great quality, too!! We couldn’t recommend it more :)
