- SSScottJan 29, 20263.0The room is nothing like the photos. The TV is in the corner 90 degrees from the couch. The couch faces the bed and unless you sit sideways on the couch, your neck is going to be very sore. The shower was very slippery but the water was adequately hot and strong. The ice maker hasn’t made anything yet after an hour. You have to really lift up on the door to get the deadbolt to lock. The bed is soft enough and great pillows. Check in is 3 PM but we didn’t get a room until 4 PM because they were busy the night before. Overall it’s ok

I would like to start off by saying that Heather the kind lady who had made the breakfast had done an amazing job I loved the fruit and omelets she had put out, she had made plenty of other items which I wish I could’ve have eaten but couldn’t either because I didn’t have the time or was too full, secondly the lady who had checked me in, I think her name was Hannah, was very kind something that is a rarity these days, in my opinion I do believe that both Hannah and Heather make Staybridge worth the money, I think without not only there attention to detail but also their kindness and generosity Staybridge just wouldn’t be Staybridge!!

Thank you so much Hannah for one of the best hotel experiences of my life :)
