  The only thing good about this place is the breakfast buffet, otherwise I'd find somewhere else to stay. They have such a bad roach infestation its disgusting. They refuse to get pest control because, they are too cheap.. I've also noticed when they put dishes away, if its still dirty they use a rag (that they used for other things) to wipe it off. I also do not recommend sleeping with the comforters, they dont change them unless theres a stain bigger than the palm of your hand. If theres any stains i've seen them scrub it off with a rag and some spray. I do not suggest this place. It looks nice from the outside, great location, great service. Nasty hotel. And the pool is never open so if thats what youre in to, dont. -Absolutely horrible management, especially the manager Jennifer White.

  Pros-excellent location with no road noise, beds were comfortable, breakfast offerings were good, employees were courteous and friendly, common spaces and room were clean and fresh smelling Cons-our room had a bathroom with a sliding door that was very hard to open and close, shower curtain did not keep water from spraying onto the bathroom floor, room phone was inoperable, peeling wallpaper in bathroom from an obvious repair, limited live TV options. The worst-when we called the hotel directly to make a reservation, the call was routed to expedia without our knowledge and we ended up with a big problem with our credit card-the hotel knows that this happens when the phone is not answered in a timely manner. The manager was extremely rude and said she didn't care when I called to discuss this problem. Beware of calling the hotel directly for a reservation.

  This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Heather served delicious, hot breakfast with a smile! I can't recommend this hotel enough. A+

  So as a person who travels for work mostly I would rather stay at a Staybridge suites versus any other hotel. I love the Staybridge suites this particular one not so happy with they offer a room clean every day three days ago. I came to my room and there was a do not disturb sign on my door that I did not put up there I’m guessing so Someone didn’t have to clean my room then I called the front desk the day after on a Thursday and I asked If and when they clean rooms, she replied the clean rooms every day Light touch. I responded with no one came to clean my room. Can you please put me down on the list to get my room clean tomorrow? She made sure she put me down on a list, she said, she double checked it checked it and for sure I will be getting my room cleaned for Friday. I go to work at 5 AM in the morning, I just made it to my room at 6:31 PM and my room is not clean. I called down to the front desk. I speak to the one who told me that she put me down on the list they have my room clean she said she spoke to the head housekeeper and was assured that my room would be clean today so as I’m trying to calm down my frustration I told her don’t worry about it. I’ll just come down and grab some towels so I can at least take a shower and she proceeded to tell me that they don’t even have towels down at the front desk. Who in the hell am I supposed to talk to? Because this is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous.
