  Very pleased. We stayed there for a Spurs game. We were able to check in early, thanks to Angie! The hotel and room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Highly recommended.

  Customer Service starts the experience before check-in! I called the morning of my arrival and asked for clarification if I could switch my payment method from debit card to credit card. I was told by Liz, they would wait until I checked in to run my card so I could switch my payment method. Not even 2 hours later the direct opposite happened. Then to make matters worse, I asked if the bill sent was all I had to pay. I was told yes. Only to find out at check-in that I had to pay for parking. There was no notice of this on the IHG app when I booked reservations. And the two customer service reps did not share this information either when I spoke with them. The room was okay. They could take time to dust more. It would definitely help since it is allergy season.

  This motel was amazing, Room was fantastic. Clean Morning breakfast was fantastic also . The staff were the best . Breakfast bar host was amazing, every thing clean , breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had anywhere . Thank you , for the great experience at your motel . I was very happy 😊
