  We checked in around midnight and the front desk was super quick to get us and our kiddos to our room! She also got us fresh sheets for the pull out bed (they weren’t in the room). The room was mostly clean but there was still grime around the edges, a couple of the lights were out, and the big blanket for the pull out bed was covered in stains. There was a lot of trash in the pull out bed too. We were exhausted so we didn’t want to go down again to the desk for more blankets. No biggie we were just sleeping a couple hours then getting back on the road so they made do with sharing the blankets on the other beds. In the morning, around 6 am, someone was trying to open our door so we went to look and nobody was there. About every 20 minutes or so this happened and then knocking started all the way until 7am, so we kept getting up but nobody was at our door. It shook the kids up a little bit. Shortly after, we went down for breakfast with our kids and it was a great variety of a spread, although there were a lot of things out that we had to track down like syrup for waffles and there was no spatula for the waffle maker to pull them out so I helped the kids out so they wouldn’t burn themselves. My ten year old went to go make waffles for his brother and the attendant came up behind him angry saying “I hate this I hate this” and was wiping the counters around him and mumbling something at him (mind you he did not spill anything?). She watched us throughout the area while we made plates and it felt uncomfortable like she was waiting to reprimand us if we made a mess. We did not. I would’ve spoken to customer service about it but they don’t show our booking in their system now

  ROACHES IN BOTH ROOMS I stayed here for 2 weeks for work. I drove home the first week and took time off not to stay in this place. The first room had small and large roaches crawling on the walls and in the bathroom.Also note there was thick dust on my towels and towel shelf as if they’d had been there for months. Swapped rooms to walk in and find another roach in the tub. Debating sleeping in my car.

  ROACHES 🪳 BOTH ROOMS I stayed here for two weeks for work, worst hotel experience. First rooms had dust on the towels and shelf as if they’d been there for months. Then the roaches started appearing first a few small ones then roaches crawling on the walls probably near 3inchs. Changed rooms and walked in to find another roach in the bathtub…. I have one more day seriously debating staying in my car.
