  I informed the front desk of pests in the room I was in. There were roaches (dead and alive) as well as dead crickets. I had to switch hotels completely to get some peace of mind. I understand that sometimes insects will find a way into establishments, but guests shouldn't have to worry about going to bed knowing there is an active infestation in the room.

  The WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have stayed with IHG thousands of times and even with Staybridge - this was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. The smell was awful, there was mud and roaches in the entry walkway upon entering (which was still there the next morning). The back door had what looked like a cat carrier maybe for strays? It was gross. The sink didn't drain. The water in the shower only came out of the shower head halfway, the rest was still draining out of the lower tub faucet. The bathroom smelled of smoke. If it wasn't already late and the next hotel wasn't an hour away, we would have left immediately. We sure wish we never booked this place. Zero stars.

  This hotel was dirty and uninhabitable. First room had flies and gnats swarming the room around the AC unit, when consulting the front desk, I was told that this was likely due to the sink disposal. Why was I put in this room than?? I got moved to another room, and I saw a roach in while I was laying in bed. There were also traps with other roaches on them.

  Black Mold infested, putrid smell from closet, and wet dog smell on the couch. Was booked for 45 days and could not take it past a few days. Front desk was nice but they did not clean, when I asked about the gaping hole in the closet with a terrible smell they just screwed in a peice of plastic over it. The air had a funny smell and when you look where the unit is it was covered in mold, dirty shower, pots had not been cleaned and had salt and food still on them. Could not sit on the couch because both sides of the cushions had a wet dog smell. Door below did not even have a knob or a lock so people can just come in as they please. The ac vent looks like it was cleaned years ago, carpet is dirty and multiple water stains on the ceiling.
