  Rooms were freshly remodeled and clean. Very spacious. I will not stay there again though because the hot water didn't work in the shower. When I went to check out in the morning, I informed the desk clerk that the hot water was not functioning in my room. She was very put out that I had brought it up and said that I did have hot water but I needed to let the shower run for a long time. I told her that I let it run for an hour and she said, "Well you have to run the sink at the same time." Then, she started spouting a bunch of stuff about water pressure that made no sense to me as a master plumber with twenty years experience. I was not offered any sort of apology or compensation for my substandard experience. The desk clerk's people skills are in need of serious coaching.

  This was by far the best place I have ever stayed at from check in to check out I wish I remembered her name but when I stayed the night/ evening lady she had long silver and black braids she was beyond amazing and did her job like it was nothing u could tell she liked talking to the customers and helping when she could and if u need some payers for ur long Journey don’t hesitate to ack because she will … 10/10 best hotels ever if u have loved ones on base stay here

  This was a clean, comfortable place to stay for the night. I was exhausted when I arrived, but Marlene at the front counter was a delightful presence. She made sure I got in the room that best suited me. Marlene has a knack for customer service, and I think someone should make her a manager! This is a newer hotel, and I slept great on the 3rd floor. The decor in the lobby is fun, the room has new furnishings, and breakfast was well-laid-out with the basics as expected (bagels, cream cheese, cereal, 2% milk, oat milk, fruit, yogurt, muffins, juices, boiled eggs..). The coffee in the lobby is excellent—Folgers. They also have tea and decaf available. The older reviews must be from a different hotel, because Hilton didn’t start the Spark line of hotels until recently.

  Service MARLENE WAS GREAT,THE ROOM DIDN'T HAVE A MICROWAVE IN IT AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT JUST 5 MINUTES FROM FAMILY 💜.
