First of we got into our room and noticed a brown spot (possibly poop, earwax, or a booger) on the blanket. the hot tube had a green haze and some weird dust in the bottom so i did not use it which i was excited to. the pool was cold and had writings on the depth places say things like "Hi". The service sucks we requested a new blanket (because the other one had the spot) and they dropped it off but didn't knock so i didn't know it was here intel we went out to get coffee. plus when we were swimming there were no towels to dry of with which we requested 3 but a girl arrived with head phones on and left 2 so i had to share. also why does the bathroom doors never latch at Hilton or Marriot so you have to tell every one that you are showering or taking a 2

We enjoyed our stay. Nekia, the front desk clerk when we checked in, was very friendly, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The morning clerk was exactly the same. Breakfast was very good. We stayed on the back side of the hotel and had the best view of the little lake! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

This is actually a good hotel otherwise, but I feel I need to leave this review to get the attention of the owners for one specific problem, which front desk and maintenance staff were not able to resolve, despite their best intentions. To the owners: you need to fix your thermostat setup in the rooms. These thermostats have occupancy motion sensors which turn off the air conditioning when no movement is detected. The problem is that the thermostats are facing away from the main room and result in the AC switching off randomly in the middle of the night and your guest waking up overheating, wondering why the AC is no longer on and generally not getting a good night’s rest. After a call to the front desk and a visit by maintenance, who insisted that everything was working as it should, I finally figured this out on my own and was able to band-aid the problem by taping up a plastic bag across from the thermostat, which, blown by the AC, created enough movement to trigger the motion sensor and keep the unit from shutting itself off. While I did get this “resolved” on my own, this should not have been my problem and made for a lot of frustration and a waste of my free time, which is already in short enough supply on a business trip.

We stayed here for 4 nights & it was absolutely amazing! The staff were so patient & helpful with any questions we had. The suite shop has a lot to offer but I feel it could use a bit more variety. The pool is heated & indoors & the hot tub jets were good & strong. Breakfast offers a variety of hot & cold items & was delicious! The rooms are large & open, pull out couches with being in the closet (not very comfortable but they are sturdy), both rooms were stayed in had a full size kitchen with working stove & dish washer along with pots, pans, plates, everything you need to cook a meal in your own suite! They offer free delivery with GrubHub but they won't deliver to your room (DoorDash will though) but the staff will call your room the moment your food arrives. The lake next to the hotel was so wonderful to look at & see geese & ducks everyday! The hotel is also very pet friendly & our dogs met several other dogs & were able to play outside the hotel with them. Housekeeping staff wasn't very polite or helpful during our stay. When we asked for more towels or trash bags or either took a long time for them to bring or they didn't bring at all. I had to go down to the front desk to get towels & we were told when our trash is full to take it to the I've machine room & leave it there because they wouldn't take it (we were there 4 days). There was a girl on house keeping, she was very young & had pigtail braids, she was the only one who was helpful during our stay & I wish I could remember her name.
