  I rarely write reviews, but our stay at Hilton Homewood Suites last night was a complete letdown, it was more like a Motel 6 pretending to be a suite. The room didn’t match the photos at all. What was advertised as a spacious living area with a fireplace and jacuzzi turned out to be a cramped, sad excuse for a hotel room. The couch looked like it had survived a cat apocalypse, the ottoman corners were shredded, and the pillow had what looked like bite marks. The white curtains had mysterious brown stains, and the lampshade looked like it had been in a battle. I booked this stay for my daughter’s 15th birthday with a few friends and confirmed ahead of time that the pool and hot tub were working. We were told everything was fine on Friday, when we arrived, the hot tub had been out of order since Thursday, and the front desk acted completely unconcerned. I tried to salvage the night with the in room jacuzzi…only to find it didn’t exist. Those photos? They’re of the presidential suite, but they’re being used to advertise on a third party website as a standard two queen room with a tiny living area. Misleading is an understatement. To make matters worse, my parents stayed here recently, paid less, and got a bigger, better room, even with our military discount. When I called for an upgrade, I was told our room was the “best available,” and the only “compensation” was 200 points, which I declined since all I wanted was a better room. My husband had to go down and practically raise hell to get a $30 discount...hardly adequate for a ruined birthday. Between misleading photos, filthy furnishings, broken amenities, and underwhelming customer service, this hotel is not worth your money, time, or stress. Avoid Hilton Homewood Suites if you expect a clean, functional, comfortable stay.

  Fantastic one night stay while passing through town. Friendly service. Clean, comfortable rooms in a safe, quiet area near restaurants.

  Room was not inspected before we arrived. -dry urine on toilet seat -holes in bed sheets -empty shampoo Will never stay there again.

  Needs a refresh kind of worn. Breakfast definitely needs to improve Eggs were horrible. And I don't know what they were thinking putting BBQ pork out for breakfast. And the cheap maple sausage, I believe you can do better than that.
