Furniture is in the parking lot, check in desk is a folding table and loud construction activity was taking place at 6:00 pm on a Saturday night. Absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing for a HIExpress property. I cannot recommend this property as is. Perhaps it will be great once the work is complete, but it is located in the middle of nowhere with no services or restaurants anywhere near. Sorry

Bricks broken, entry way dirty, screens on windows torn. Walking in was only worse. Plastic covering most of lobby area. So dirty everywhere. We were able to cancel room since he booked wrong day. What an embarrassment for IHG. I'm a club member and am shocked by this hotel. I have always had faith in booking Holiday Inns but this makes me leary.
