We stayed less than 10 hours. The staff was amazing. The room was 2 queen size beds. Very comfy. The bath/shower was roomy. I'm allergic to most body washes, shampoos and conditioners .... I could use those items at this hotel with no problems. The breakfast was plentiful and fulfilling. Lots of options for all our dietary needs.

The staff, particularly housekeeping, was very friendly and the room was clean. Things could have been better but overall, for what I paid, it was a good value.

When we got to the room there was what looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom the entire upstairs smelled like mold. The fridge didn’t work. Tried to get a refund was told 7-10 days so we had to stick it out. Moved us to a bottom floor room. The foundation under the carpet by the pool was cracked and pushing up the carpet where I tripped multiple times. The only plus side was the staff was nice but that doesn’t make up for the disgust property.
