- TTTye Seilhan (Tye)5 days ago5.0Clean and comfy rooms, the microwave & mini fridge in the room was a big plus! The front desk was super friendly and helpful! Only negative is the pillows are super super uncomfortable!
- TPTheresa PopeJan 6, 20261.0Jan 5th around 10am i asked the front desk for more towels and to have trash taken out . The services attendent told me they only do that every other day. I asked then what do i do with the trash should i leave it outside the door and he said do what you want. His reason as to why i was not allowed room service but every other day is because of covid. I came back to my room later that day and still no clean towels no trash taking out no new trash liners or new coffee pods or cups. This morning the female attendent behind the desk its every 3 days. Oh now its every three days. I asked her for coffee pods for my room She comes back with an attitude and tells me that she can have me thrown out if she wants to and then tells me that they only have decaf. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau into top management This will be my last day at this hotel. Shame on this company and the service sucks

The lobby was so nice and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Paulo was also super helpful and nice checking us in and getting us on our correct hilton Honors account.
