  Travel a fair amount and great hotel, most comfortable beds. We stayed two nights and my second night's rest was something I was looking forward to. :) Thank you for the great stay!

  I had booked a $450 hotel for valentines weekend in order to fly out my girlfriend in order to propose but was denied access to my room. I was met by an extremely rude and care free young man at the front desk who had told me due to me not being 21 years old I could not check in. I corrected him showing him my military identification and stating that under Texas law active duty military service members are allowed to check in at a minimum age of 18. He did not care to listen and did not attempt to reach out to any manager, write down any numbers or anything documenting my issue. He only suggested me two phone numbers to call to help resolve the issue, both of which did not answer. He then continued to deny me entry to my room and suggest i leave and look for other hotels in the area. After that I was forced to book an additional hotel that cost me $300 for the dates previously booked with Hampton inn. The next day I called back and was told that my information had been taken down (number, name, and event) and I would be getting a phone call from the manager later that night at around 11pm. Well 11pm came and there was no phone call so I had reached out and low and behold I was told the wrong information again. Apparently there was another “miscommunication” in which I was supposed to call the manager even though they wrote down all of my information and a description of the event that took place and told me I’d be receiving a call. When I finally got a hold of the manager a whole 5 days later she then tried to shrug it off, blame me for their associates failure at understanding their state laws and companies policies along with asking for “a couple more days” to make phone calls to try and figure out how to get me my refund. If you are looking for a hotel to support active duty service members or a hotel that has a great customer service program or maybe just a hotel you can actually stay at if you purchase a room, I would highly suggest that you look elsewhere because this is not the hotel for any of those things.

  This hotel is amazing!!! One of my favorites in town actually. I have 0 complaints. The rooms are big and quiet and just really nice!!!! They have everything you need and walmart is in walking distance.

  I travel a fair amount and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again if I’m traveling through the area. It’s obviously new and therefore, very clean. I arrived at midnight and I knew the hotel was fully booked, but I still found a parking spot without too much difficulty. The lobby is open, clean and inviting. The team member, Louie, that checked me in was very friendly and efficient. My room including the bathroom tub, shower and sink were all very clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were soft. The water pressure was the only thing that wasn’t outstanding, but it was fine. The location was very conveniently located to the main road, but not loud at all during the night. The breakfast area is large and inviting with a variety of choices from hot to cold fruit and oatmeal, eggs, waffles, and several choices of coffee. They have water bottle filling stations as well. Elevators are spacious and quick. Overall, this is a great spot to stay when traveling through Wichita Falls and I highly recommend it.
