    I am late with my review but I stayed at Best Western Plus from July 2025 through August 2025 while waiting on my apartment to be ready. I became pregnant with my significant other while staying there. The staff is the best staff I have come across in a long time. Special thanks to the manager Mandy!! She was so friendly and helpful even during a time of crisis I had. I have never seen such great management. The staff at the front desk are awesome. Special thanks to Josie and all the front desk staff for being so kind to me!! They were the kindness people to myself and my children. They were there for me during my time of crisis as well and I will never forget them. The breakfast is great with a lot of hot food choices. The rooms are super clean and beds are very comfy. The cleaning staff were very kind and efficient. This was the best hotel stay I’ve experienced. I wish I can give more than 5 stars!!!! They deserve every bit of a positive rating!!! Thank you all for my enjoyable stay!!!

    We were on a trip and stayed overnight at the hotel. Found breakfast choices were more limited than typical and staff was much colder than typical. The wall to the bathroom had a wide (maybe inch wide) bead of caulk where it connected to the outside wall. Caused me to wonder if the outside wall was separating.
