The front desk staff member refused and stated that we were not allowed to change rooms, even though we had not unpacked. I explained that we hadn’t even placed our bags on the bed, but he refused again. We now have to pay for a room that we cannot even shower in. The parking lot is empty, and the staff member confirmed that other rooms were available, yet we were still not allowed to change rooms.This experience is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable cleanliness or customer service standards.

Water on full hot was just warm in the shower, though the sink was hot. Breakfast was half stocked at best and the cheapest I’ve seen at a BW. Topping it all off they actually charge $20 per pet so you’re gonna lose money here. Might as well do a nicer hotel, you’ll pay the same pet fee in the end and avoid the poor experience.

The sheets felt like sleeping in a shower curtain and our comforter looked like it had blood on it. The pillows are super small. It is built by an unsafe neighborhood and dogs bark like crazy in the early morning. However the front desk was great service! They were friendly and gave us a packet of things to do while in town.
