- JMJim Martin4 days ago2.0This is unworthy of the Holiday Inn franchise. Smells bad, poor ventilation, grimy halls, and needs to pay better attention to breakfast (food with no serving utensils). Plus it smells like smoke. We've stayed here multiple times and like the location, but will not stay here again. It's going downhill fast.

We showed up at 8am for breakfast and there were two nasty egg fold things that were probably made in China judging by quality and age, two sausage patties also likely made in China for the same reasons, and a spoonful of dry potatoes, no yogurts, broken pancake machine. There were only 3 guests around so it wasn’t busy. The owner and/or management of this hotel have reduced it to a 2-star hotel. Definitely would not go back - there are plenty of other choices around the area where you have higher chances of greater quality/service. I hope this review helps someone.
- WFWlech FidjcjfNov 24, 20252.0I used to enjoy staying here when I was younger before they were bought out … the lobby stays very hot, the rooms had a wet smell to them , we also needed a handicap accessible room and was put on the top floor and the bathroom wasn’t even able to have my mom take a shower since she’s in a wheelchair chair and barely can walk or stand up on her own
