  Worst experience I've had at any hotel/motel in years. 1st I arrive check rates told $109 a night ask about pet deposit/fees told $25. I think ok not bad. Then asked about veterans discount. Was told they do that so I agree. He puts in info and I'm told it's $157 I asked why so high then he tells me it's $25 per pet. (I had 2 small dogs with me.) So I let him know that I wanted to check online see if I can get better rate. I check and it is about the same so I go back in 15 min later and tell him to check me in. So he does so. And now tells me it's $186. I asked why and he tells me the price fluctuates. I have never in 30+ years have had that happen or been told that. Then I asked if that included my vet discount and was told that I could only get that if I booked online. Never has that happened ever I have stayed at hundreds of hotels as my job had me traveling. Never been told that I got my vet discount online only. So i pay the $180 then he tells me there is a $100 deposit as well. Going to be too cold to sleep in the car so I have to accept. Then I get to the room and when I used the sink the handle comes off. I use the microwave later, and the turntable doesn't work so my food was cold on one end warm on other. These bait and switch tactics, and non full disclosure tactics are unacceptable. There are othe things as well but I only have so much room. So as a final note I will just say it will be a cold cold day I h.... before I stay at another Holiday Inn.

  Great hotel right off the highway. Stopped here on our way back from Austin and it was perfect. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Price was reasonable too especially compared to what we paid in Austin lol. Good breakfast in the morning with hot food and fresh fruit.

  Our room had a weird smell when we first walked in but after running the AC for a bit it went away. Other than that everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable, shower was nice, and breakfast had lots of choices. Staff was helpful when we asked about nearby restaurants. Good location for exploring the area without being right in the middle of everything.

  The rooms are huge just like they advertise! Very clean modern and well maintained. We were traveling with our dog and they were very accommodating. The breakfast spread was better than most Holiday Inn Express locations we've stayed at. Perfect stopover location on I35 and close to Magnolia Market if thats your thing. Highly recommend this property!

  Could possibly be the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at specifically the dirtiest IHG property. Hallway and elevator haven’t been vacuumed in months it looks like and there are corners in the room that don’t get swept either.
