    Pésimo servicio, rentamos 3 habitaciones y una estaba en mal estado, nos la cambiaron y da la casualidad que nos cancelan una que estábamos ocupando y no la que nos cambiaron, al día siguiente ya nos querían echar porque según ellos en su sistema estaba desocupada y nosotros la ocupamos, el gerente nunca se hizo presente y todo fue por medio de la recepcionista que por cierto muy despota y como el pago fíen con tarjeta pues hicieron el cargo automático de la habitación que según ellos habíamos ocupado. No lo recomiendo para nada, buscar otras opciones de estancia .

    I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Weslaco for 4 nights for work and was thoroughly impressed. It’s one of the quietest places I’ve stayed; I slept incredibly well. My room was cleaned daily, and breakfast was delicious. Perfect if you're visiting the nearby state park. I’ll definitely be back!

    The customer service here is awesome. We had a problem and the team responded immediately. It was a very positive experience and we were very impressed with how rapidly the team responded. Breakfast was very good with a very clean serving and seating area. Perhaps the best thing is the coffee that is grinned and served automatically. Pet owners beware that unfortunately this is a no pet place with a $150 fee. Other than that we highly recommend this establishment.
