It was a very positive experience and we were very impressed with how rapidly the team responded. Breakfast was very good with a very clean serving and seating area. Perhaps the best thing is the coffee that is grinned and served automatically. Pet owners beware that unfortunately this is a no pet place with a $150 fee. Other than that we highly recommend this establishment.

The person who put turkey bacon on the menu needs a talking to. Lots of choices. Theres a really cool automatic pancake machine. Dining area big. Plenty of parking. Eveyone was pleasant. Stayed here 3 times and its been good each time. I'll stay here again. It's a straight shot to the International Bridge.

But on this occasion, we found this place which in my mind this is the Holiday Inn express so everything should be in the most tiptop shape boy was I wrong when we got to the room I looked at the AC an inside of it have mole growing it was very dirty so I asked the front desk and they can move me rooms. They put me in the room next to it when I walk in there smell like a gym locker room. The AC is full blast but not cooling it was musty as hell. Call the front desk again and all the lady could say was sorry about that, sir. I don’t think that’s what you want to hear when you’re asthma flare up every time. To make matters worse morning time we went down for breakfast. With my family what do you know to my surprise there’s a hair on my eggs. I looked up to the lady serving the food. She has no hair net which If I recall that is a health violation. I don’t think this is a way to conduct a business. I will never stay here again and if you were wise, you wouldn’t either. Smh
