    Clean, modern, and very comfortable. The beds are soft, and everything smells wonderful. The breakfast is excellent, and all the facilities are functional and clean. The staff is very attentive and polite. Limpio, moderno y muy cómodo. Las camas blandas y todo huele muy bien. El desayuno está muy bien y todos las dependencias funcionales y limpias. El personal muy atentos y educados.

    I stayed this past weekend here and my experience was horrible. Aaron was so rude to me. I asked about the front desk ladies and he refused to tell me anything. I went to my room on 4th floor and my room was never cleaned I was put in a dirty room. I had ended up leaving then when I got back I cleaned my room myself and went down to front desk to get some more towels, & Sheets and the lady at front desk was very rude. I had got some coffee while I waited for her I told her the coffee was cold and she lied and said she just changed it 2 hours ago. I am not staying here anymore. Get better people too work front desk and get a better manager cause he sucks.

    Found a dead cockroach in my room. Also, the check-in was very tedious. Our company secretary had reserved the rooms and because we were paying with a different card than the rooms were reserved under, there was a lot of difficulty.
