Room smelled like mold as soon as you walked in and ceiling was had mold all over. Reported to front desk but the claim it’s not mold. I actually woke up sick because of this. I will contact health department since front desk claims it’s not

This was the most horrible hotel / motel I’ve stayed in , upon our arrival the lady told us that she could only let us check in early (which we were only 2 hours early and the room was vacant and cleaned ) if we gave her 25$ cash . So I told her to add it to my card . And she told me no I HAVE TO HAVE cash ? Which I thought was just weird , but I told her we were going to get something to eat so I put me and my children’s belongings inside the room and started walking to my personal vehicle , the older lady walks up to me asking me for the 25$ while I’m putting my children in the car I told her I was going to get my kids something to eat and getting the money and , she walked up to my car asking me if I was leaving to go get the cash she had asked for .i told her yes , and when i come back she asked me to come to the front and when I did she was being ugly towards me and she charged my card . For no reason I’ve never been somewhere that they have charged you apron arrival for being early then have horrible costumer service . And unwanted feeling here I would not recommend this place to anyone . On top of that the bath tub couldn’t be used it was cracked and unsafe for my children , rooms was dirty , the hallways smelled horrible, and anyone can walk into this building at any time due to the main doors having nails in them to hold them open .

Diamond Elite member here but Ugh!!! Front desk called and woke us up at 8:26 am to ask us if we were staying another night. Our reservation was for one night and they had already given us a receipt when we checked in. On the receipt it clearly said check out was at 11 am. At 10:55, when we turned in our keys and checked out, we asked if calling early to ask if we would be staying another night was a usual practice. She said "we are busy and people want to check-in early and we need to clean the rooms". What??? But we paid for our privacy until 11:00 & check-in isn't until 3 pm. We really needed those extra couple of hours of sleep!! Not happy with this BW at all. My husband is a Diamond Elite member which they also never acknowledged. We stay at BW all over the country. This one is now near the bottom of our list.
On a good note, it was right off I-10 & although in dire need of updating, the room was clean.
