- CKCourtney KellyNov 8, 20251.0This was the most horrible hotel / motel I’ve stayed in , upon our arrival the lady told us that she could only let us check in early (which we were only 2 hours early and the room was vacant and cleaned ) if we gave her 25$ cash . So I told her to add it to my card . And she told me no I HAVE TO HAVE cash ? Which I thought was just weird , but I told her we were going to get something to eat so I put me and my children’s belongings inside the room and started walking to my personal vehicle , the older lady walks up to me asking me for the 25$ while I’m putting my children in the car I told her I was going to get my kids something to eat and getting the money and , she walked up to my car asking me if I was leaving to go get the cash she had asked for .i told her yes , and when i come back she asked me to come to the front and when I did she was being ugly towards me and she charged my card . For no reason I’ve never been somewhere that they have charged you apron arrival for being early then have horrible costumer service . And unwanted feeling here I would not recommend this place to anyone . On top of that the bath tub couldn’t be used it was cracked and unsafe for my children , rooms was dirty , the hallways smelled horrible, and anyone can walk into this building at any time due to the main doors having nails in them to hold them open .
