  We recently stayed with a VERY large group for a conference for the third or fourth year and Michelle, Georgette, and their staff were FABULOUS to work with. With such a large group their were times we needed to pivot with changes and they went above and beyond to help meet our needs. We will be back again! Highly recommend!

  Michelle Marquez provided exceptional customer service during my stay. My employer had booked my two-week stay as two separate reservations, which meant I would normally have to check out of my room, pack everything up, leave, and return at 3 p.m. to check into a new room. When I explained the situation to Michelle, she took the time to look into my reservations. Although she couldn’t keep me in the same room, she went above and beyond by finding another room that I could move into right away so I didn’t have to leave and wait until 3 p.m. Her willingness to help and her outstanding customer service made a big difference in my stay. Thank you so much, Michelle!

  This is a solid hotel if you are ever in the Houston-area. The front desk staff (Georgette! and Melina!) is very friendly and extremely helpful. They are professional and make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kudos all around for such a great staff! --Kurtis L.

  Dear Michelle, I see you are the assistant general manager for the Holiday Inn Express Houston Space Center. We checked in on the 14th of February . Everything went smoothly and I thank you for the staff personal training. Unfortunately the girl never mentioned we needed to request house keeping to clean our room while we were away. Our family arrived later in the evening to find our room was not cleaned or serviced. I requested a different room but was turned down on this request. Your hotel was not sold and my simple request should have been honored. Your staff provided a garbage bag for my wife to empty the garbage as well as fresh shower towels. I was not looking for a refund but I was expecting better customer service. Your standard operating procedure manual that you have in place was not followed and the staff needed to make decisions on there own that was in the best interest of management to fit the bottom line. I feel saddened by this experience. We came to Texas to purchase a home for our family and we feel abused by the lack of training the staff has received in this type of situation. Thank you and wish you a wonderful year.

  Stayed 2 nights with 2 rooms for us all. No hot water the first night and had 1 broken elevator. Night #2 storm came through. Only business on all of Bay Area without power. Operating on backup generators. No elevators, television, A/C, room refrigerator and microwave were fried. Breakfast was cold both days (oh tasted like someone pissed in it!). Management said they fulfilled their obligation because the rooms had a bed. That’s it! Only gave back 20,000 of the 80,000 points the rooms cost. Almost forgot, one of the rooms smelled like raw sewage. Worst hotel experience in my memory. You all have been warned!
