Llegue con mi comprobante de pago y confirmacion de Booking me dice la recepcionista que no le aparece nada y que no me puede ayudar ya que mi habitacion estaba pagada y no le aparecia. Me pidio que hablara con Booking para cancelar porque ella aseguraba que el problema era Booking y que eso pasaba seguido. La unica ayuda que me podia brindar era hacerme un cargo por una nueva habitacion (porque si tenia habitaciones disponibles) y yo cancelara la que ya habia pagado, le mostre lo que decia mi reservacion que no podia cancelar ya ese dia, me contesto entonces no le puedo ayudar. Solo conteste que si no me podia ayudar y tenia que cancelar no regresaria al hotel con ella porque no tenia intencion de ayudarme sino de hacerme un doble cargo. Me quede en mi carro llamando a Booking 20 minutos de espera en linea, se comunicaron a recepcion ella les dijo lo mismo y les pidio un correo porque no podia atenderlos por telefono, dieron tiempo de espera de respuesta 45 minutos. Despues de 45 minutos volvi a llamar a Booking espere otros 20 minutos en linea porque seguiamos igual, ella decia que no; cambio el turno entro otra recepcionista y magicamente aparecio mi reservacion (ya booking me habia ofrecido tomar otro hotel, pero decidimos quedarnos ahi). Resulto que la recepcionista no tomo bien mis apellidos y por eso no encontraba nada. Perdi mas de 2 horas por su mala atencion al cliente que un "usted disculpe" no me las va a devolver. El desayuno no es nada especial de hecho me enferme del estomago. La habitacion es igual que cualquier otro hotel pero con mucho ruido (estabamos al lado de recepcion y el area de comedor asi que muy ruidoso). Lo unico que me gusto fue la ubicacion del hotel y el personal de cocina muy amable. No volveria pero si buscaria alguna otra opcion de hotel en el area. Viajamos 6 horas mi hijo de 5 años, mi esposo y yo, en lugar de disfrutar del fin de semana nos hicieron angustiarnos y perder el tiempo.
