- SCSherrie ChildressApr 10, 20265.0I have stayed here several times in the past few years. My last time was about 2 years ago and I was really impressed with their breakfast. I'm talking above and beyond really good, hot, fresh breakfast. I was actually looking forward to it. This trip, last week, was total opposite. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 9am. We arrived at 8:15 to 3 dried up biscuits, brown gravy (not cream sausage/biscuit gravy), 4 pcs of rock hard sausage links, no waffle batter, yogurt that drips out of a machine and eggs that you have to stand there and request as scrambled or an "omelette" that had no cheese and was as thin as a sheet of paper while the girl makes it for you. I asked for waffle batter and was told she'd make more but it never came. Another couple arrived at 8:40 but the area had been cleaned and everything put away (not like there was anything to eat anyway). I was so disappointed this time. The hotel is in a convenient location for my appointments and the rooms are comfy and quiet. However, I might either plan to try elsewhere or just plan to go eat breakfast on my way out of town.
