I heard the girl with blond hair talk rudely to like 3 different guests. One guest I heard saying to her if you would just listen for 5 secs and stop being rude. (I myself never talked to her). At one point the 2 girls at the front desk were almost yelling at each other. It was strange, the entire staff either wanted to enforce some rule or they looked like they hated their job. Housekeeping seemed annoyed that you are staying there. The towels had previous stains (blood) on them. We stay in Hiltons over 30 days a year for work and this was pretty much the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. I have never wrote a bad review until today.
