- VLValerie LimaMar 10, 20265.0We won a free night at this hotel through a church auction, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect when we arrived, but it is safe to say this hotel has earned our respect as new customers!! It is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff is so friendly. The room itself was HUGE, and it had beautiful finishes. We cannot wait to come back! We didn’t get to try out their bistro, but have heard great things about it. We’ll get to it next time! Something to note (though this is not on the hotel at all): this is not a safe area to walk around when it gets dark, so just beware if that’s something that’s a must for you! Big homeless population in Waco that hangs around this area, so stay alert.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing and some of them feel like family! Thank you for always being great!!! 👍
- KLKortney LoveFeb 15, 20261.0Considering this was my first time to Waco and visiting for my two year wedding anniversary on Valentine's Day and our vehicle was towed at 9:30 pm this was the worst experience I could've asked for. I had never been to this area before and will never come back. 10 cars were towed from the parking lot we were in and I feel for those consumers. From 9:30 to 11:30 when I called the fee was $331 to retrieve my car AND they said I actually wouldn't be able to get it until 2:30 with an appointment! 10 cars at $331 is $3310 a night. Diabolical behavior considering I am an apartment complex property manager and deal with towing companies on a daily basis. Anyone that has Texas Torque Turn monitoring this area should be getting a kick back off their profit because 10 cars a night is wild. This review will be left for all businesses we visit for the next three days
