Ive stayed at this hotel a few times. The last time I stayed prior to this stay, the hotel was clean and nice. I was surprised that there were no signs of the hotel being updated any at all over the past decade when I was last here. There really needs to be some attentive details and some fresh paint. The room was nice however I was not please with the mold that I saw in the tub and on the floor, at least I thought it was mold, it actually went away when I wiped at it with a hot towel. Other than the OUTDATED and not properly Cleaned Rooms, everything else was pleasant. Front Desk, Bar, Meeting Room and Restaurant staff were all very nice and helpful. If the opportunity arrises, I would stay here again, hopefully to a cleaner bathroom and some fresh paint.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Hilton in Waco. I had a situation unrelated to this Hilton location, and after the Hilton location where we had an issue refused to even attempt to resolve the issue or answer any questions we had, Cheyenne took the time to really listen and try to help. And when there was something she didn’t know, she went above and beyond by connecting me with Ricky, who was also incredibly knowledgeable and respectful and best part.. very helpful. Together, they offered me clear steps I could take to resolve my issue. Their customer service is truly top-tier, A+ all the way. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care—thank you both!
