The location is great. The room good. The bar and restaurant. Not so much. To call this a bar. Is a real stretch. If it’s not directly on the menu. Best of luck to ya. And 18 bucks for a margarita is crazy. The food was not good. Bad bar food at best. The “bar tender” was complaining he had to make drinks. The young lady that was our waitress was really trying to make the best of it.

The man who checked us out was not welcoming. The lobby looked nice, but the elevators were dirty and the rooms felt old and outdated. There was paint peeling on the wall from cheap paintjobs, and while the room was clean enough, it definitely felt like a much cheaper hotel. Thankfully it smelled ok when we went in the room. Small outdated bathroom. The view was amazing, and the best part of the stay was the comfortable bed and blankets. Overall, it was not worth the $220 we paid and I would try the other nearby hotels before resorting to this one. I would return if all the other hotels were full.

The lobby is decent. Rooms that we stayed in were not equivalent to a four star hotel. My initial feeling when walking into the room was Motel 6

Diamond Review- as others have mentioned the property is old and dated. The rooms are in need of a remodel. I requested a room away from the elevator and I was placed in 1113 directly next to the elevator. The elevator makes groaning noise during each use and the walls are thin. Thankfully, they were able to move me to a Different room. The location is very close to a lot of dining options and the parking lot is spacious. The TV is an older style without access to any apps. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, quiet, comfy, and great location on the Brazos River. Great spot to walk and fond places to eat and blocks away ftom the Silos. The Brazos Park trail is nearby for a great walk along the river. The hotel itself and rooms are a bit dated but great views.
