- BBBrandyOct 6, 20251.0I invited a friend to my room. I was in the shower when he came. The bartender overserved a disabled veteran with brain damage to the point of belligerence. Staff unlocked my door with a key while I was in the shower and had the bolt in place, called the WacoPD to my room threatening to kick me out after I let him in, even though I was in my room since 9pm doing nothing. They threatened to call the police again after I went down to tell them he wouldn't wake up. I said he needed medical attention, not police. They just switched me rooms and let him stay. The front desk insisted on moving me, came up to my room even though I did not want him to. This hotel staff needs an absolute replacement and training. I am reporting to TABC for overserving and a report for opening my room without permission.

So the first night I checked into my room and was very impressed with everything. It was late and all I wanted to do was shower and go to bed as we had an early morning. As soon as I stepped in the shower I noticed a big wad of women’s hair in the shower drain and hair all on the walls of the shower. Being tired and not wanting to walk back to lobby I just showered and tried not to touch it. So the next morning on my way out for the day I stopped by the front desk and told the staff about it and asked if they could please clean my room and the shower. She didn’t say I’m sorry or anything, just “OK I’ll tell them” So that night I got in late again, assuming my room and shower would be clean. Well much to my surprise the shower STILL HAD HAIR in it. It was never touched! I know housekeeping came bc the bed was made and had new towels. Again I didn’t want to walk back. I even told them about it on their texting messages they send to check how you’re doing. If they don’t even clean the hair out of shower I can only imagine they don’t clean much of anything. I’ve read similar post stating similar things. And btw the other party with me had a trash can full of trash in their room!
