I even saw a front desk team member w/ a lint roller to double-check bed cleanliness. That level of care says everything. My kids and I always inspect hotel beds first thing, and these were absolutely immaculate. The pool and jacuzzi area were wonderful, and the ping-pong table was a fun! The staff were incredibly polite and warm. The rooms had double KING beds (never seen that before), incredibly comfortable pillows, and pristine linens. We slept amazingly. We will absolutely be back and I’ll definitely be choosing IHG properties again because of this experience.
