- DBDenae BerryMar 10, 20265.0Love the location, the room was lovely and overall very clean, and the service was amazing. I traveled for work, and shoutout to Robert and Julia. Both individuals both over the phone and in-person helped with all of my troubles, were patient, and helped look for any solution for my problem. Great team, great staff. My only qualm is when you are put on hold, the message of "please remain on hold for someone will right with you" repeats too often over the phone. I felt the same message auto play too often to the point I wanted to throw my phone against the wall.

Immaculately clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The surroundings are gorgeous! If you are a swimmer, you will LOVE this hotel! One very large, lap pool / and another long L shaped pool. So many fun things, like shuffle board, ping pong, excellent fitness room. The decor is stunning. The staff and service were top notch! We haven’t checked out yet, and I’ve already shared how wonderful EVEN Hotel is with friends! Also, the location is absolutely perfect! Literally, cannot say enough good things about this place! Come & see! Looking forward to our next visit!!!

- LLlnguevara1Jan 23, 20265.0Ultra Clean- best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hands down. Everything was spotless, beautiful, comfortable, and fun. I even saw a front desk team member w/ a lint roller to double-check bed cleanliness. That level of care says everything. My kids and I always inspect hotel beds first thing, and these were absolutely immaculate. The pool and jacuzzi area were wonderful, and the ping-pong table was a fun! The staff were incredibly polite and warm. The rooms had double KING beds (never seen that before), incredibly comfortable pillows, and pristine linens. We slept amazingly. We will absolutely be back and I’ll definitely be choosing IHG properties again because of this experience.
