  I recently stayed here as a solo traveler and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience from the moment I checked in. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me at all and barely spoke to me during the entire check-in process. She had all of her paperwork perfectly lined up, and when she removed mine, she made me sit there while she carefully realigned every other paper before continuing — without saying a single word to me. The only time she spoke was when she handed me my key. Her shirt said something along the lines of “don’t talk to me” or “stay away,” which unfortunately matched her behavior perfectly. I also expressed that I didn’t feel comfortable staying on the first floor next to three young men. When I returned to ask about switching rooms, she was visibly irritated and told me she couldn’t help. When I politely asked why I couldn’t be moved to one of the other available rooms, she seemed annoyed that she had to even address it. In the end, I was kept on the first floor anyway. She was unwilling to provide even basic customer service or understanding. Because of this experience alone, I would not recommend this hotel. On top of that, the hotel itself was not clean and felt poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Why would you have this individual at the front desk greeting customers??

  They sent me a confirmation at 5pm and sent me an email at 11:50pm stating they canceled my room due to overbooking. No phone call or anything just give the room away with no availability. 0.0 stars

  I don't like Hotels where they don't let you control the room temperature. Sure, they had something on the wall that resembles a thermostat that supposedly worked the HVAC unit on the wall, but it didn't work and therefore I got instantly reminded of why it's not always better to save money on the room because I did not sleep well

  The towels had dirt on them and were so disgusting to use them! There was no coffee machine or at least hot water to take for tea. Not recommended! Breakfast is not included and it’s not a near good deal at all.
