  Best rooms in Waco? Stayed at many places while visiting Waco all in the same or slightly higher price range, but this place is a hidden gem with really nice and big rooms. All modern and clean.

  Not a great experience here. Communication was not clear, customer service did not meet regular standards. We called to confirm our reservation and they said they could not find our reservation at first. We insisted and they finally did find us. We asked for a crib and they said they were not sure they had cribs an hour before we arrived. After a few minutes on the phone they said they did not have a crib/pack and play. We had to borrow one from family who lived nearby. They do not offer breakfast which was highly disappointing. They did not inform us of this before hand either. Our bed was hard and uncomfortable, the mattress was old, I woke up with lower back pain every morning. The layout of the hotel is also strange and unwelcoming, the lobby is small and everyone can hear when guests are talking to the front desk. Our second morning there, we asked for the housekeeper to clean our room and they said housekeeping only cleans everything 3 days. I consider that unsanitary. They only changed our towels upon request but did not even take the trash out. We had to do it ourselves. We tried to leave a night earlier due to our bad experience here and they refused to issue a partial refund. They said we would still charge us for the full 3 days. I’m giving 2 stars because they have a kitchenette with convenient item as, and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean except the bathtub drain. Overall I am dissatisfied with the experience this hotel provided, if you care about comfort and convenience don’t stay here, especially if you have a family and young children.

  Nice place. We stayed here because it was a good half way point for 2 jobs we were doing. It was clean, the staff were friendly and it was conveniently located for many things.

  I recently stayed here as a solo traveler and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience from the moment I checked in. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me at all and barely spoke to me during the entire check-in process. She had all of her paperwork perfectly lined up, and when she removed mine, she made me sit there while she carefully realigned every other paper before continuing — without saying a single word to me. The only time she spoke was when she handed me my key. Her shirt said something along the lines of “don’t talk to me” or “stay away,” which unfortunately matched her behavior perfectly. I also expressed that I didn’t feel comfortable staying on the first floor next to three young men. When I returned to ask about switching rooms, she was visibly irritated and told me she couldn’t help. When I politely asked why I couldn’t be moved to one of the other available rooms, she seemed annoyed that she had to even address it. In the end, I was kept on the first floor anyway. She was unwilling to provide even basic customer service or understanding. Because of this experience alone, I would not recommend this hotel. On top of that, the hotel itself was not clean and felt poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Why would you have this individual at the front desk greeting customers??

  They sent me a confirmation at 5pm and sent me an email at 11:50pm stating they canceled my room due to overbooking. No phone call or anything just give the room away with no availability. 0.0 stars
