    We paid for a suite, this is NOT a suite. It’s small, crammed, the outside fire pit is filled with trash and cigarette butts. Our shampoo had hair stuck on it. It’s definitely not worth the money we spend on this. Very disappointing.

    I called to get a CC for to send to my corporate. Ariel who said is the manager sent me a link for the to fill out. I called an hour later to see if my corporate had filled the form and she said no I let her know it usually takes a few hours for them to fill it ou. 2 hours later I had a missed call from the hotel I called back and she said she still hadn't received the form. I to her let me call and find out which at this point she proceed to cancel my reservation because it was 3pm and she had not received payment. I told her let me call and find out and she says well you call to cancel which I did not call to cancel. Than she lied and said we'll you call the first time I told you that if we didn't get the cc form I would cancel your reservation. Than she said all calls are recorded well im calling corporate because she lied not once not twice but multiple times and went ahead and cancel my reservation saying I was been hostile.

    We had an extra charge show up on our card some time after we checked out and called them about it. They said they "couldn't find it" and would call us back. Do you think they ever called back? Update: I called back twice more and they flat out refuse to tell us why the extra charges were made, so they can explain it to BBB now. Done with IHG, going back to Marriot for our future and numerous retired travels.
