  Joey at the front desk tried to tell me that service animals are not allowed here. When I asked to see this on their website or in writing, I was put on hold and then told I could bring my service dog. Angel at the front desk told me that the hotel was fully out of pillows. I am very pregnant and needed a pillow. She told me she could give me a blanket but they didn't have any pillows at all. Microwave in the room doesn't work. Lights flicker when using blow-dryer. Update: next day, coming up from grabbing my family breakfast, saw a room with cleaning supplies, blankets, and easily 10-15 pillows. I walked in to grab a pillow. Robert Ace came in SCREAMING (scaring my two young children) that I could not have a pillow. I simply stated okay. He then said if this was such an issue we should just leave, to which I responded "we might just do that". When I called down to get his name, he refused, using my full name, and told me although our reservation was until 7/27, that he already changed it and we had 22 minutes to pack everything and leave. He then told my husband he spoke to corporate and that my husband who stayed at this hotel and others in the chain 22 days per month for work was now banned for life. Highly recommend the Spark hotel around the corner, cheaper room pricing and SO much nicer. Workers are SO sweet, the hotel is completely renovated, and everything is so clean.

  They're in the middle of an upgrade so there is a bit of constructiontion going on. They still kept the place. Neat and clean though.

  We've enjoyed our past stays with Plus. This time, not so much. We booked online, no problem. Front desk, no problem. Got to our room, not what we paid for. When my wife went down to inquire, desk guy tried to convince her to keep the room. Mattresses were kinda blown out. Rough blankets. Small parking lot. We'll probably cash in our free room thing, then stick with IHG.

  We selected the Best western because it had a hot tub only to find out that they had closed the hot tub for the season. Then I went to take a hot bath and I couldn’t get the stopper to stop up. I called the front office and they said that I could not use the bathtub because they were having issues with the bathtubs leaking so they prevent you from taking a bath. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
