    They’re taking the coffee makers out of the rooms. Sure, you can get it in the breakfast room if you want to travel to the first floor to get it. No remote in my room either. They had to send one up. I also discovered that the was no glass tray in the microwave. I made a microwave pizza in it anyway and it made a mess. The bath drain was slow and the toilet was loose, not bolted to the floor properly. I’m a Platinum Elite member but if this trend continues at IHG hotels, they’re going to lose me as a customer. I’ve stayed at almost all hotels in Van Horn Texas and it seems they’re all bad for different reasons. To be fair the desk clerk during checkout listened to my complaints noting them. She was very apologetic and gracious in spite of the circumstances.

    After getting stuck on the I-10 for eight hours after a bad semi truck accident, I stopped here as I had recently become a rewards member. Let me just say that Bart was an absolute angel!!! He got me an amazing room quickly, was so polite and caring as I had been through a terribly stressful ordeal all night. My experience was made excellent because of the care and time that he took to make sure I had everything I needed, cannot praise him enough. And the room was clean, and spacious, and I slept amazingly!

    Stay there for one night , looks nice from the outside and the guest services. The rooms needs to a lot of work. Loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Duct tape holding Jewel closed entry light flashing like crazy. The bathroom has cracks in the wall needs a good, clean
