He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Even while busy cleaning and maintaining the area, he never hesitated to stop and help me. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made this one of my favorite hotel experiences anywhere. Thank you Sammy! (-Military vet with his own water boiler)

I simply wish to state the issues so that other travelers do not have the same experience. Room 208, the bed was very uncomfortable, the ac unit was abnormally loud all night and never kept up, and to my great disappointment none of my food that I stuck in the fridge last night was cold this morning. A new fridge is needed.
