  Breakfast was horrible. Received unauthorized charges on card after stay and staff was extremely unhelpful. Holiday Inn, once a respected, nice hotel chain as a whole, has really gone downhill!

  Terrible management. I have stayed there four times in the past year and had one night that I had to cancel unexpectedly. I understand they have policies, but when I call to speak to the store manager, it took me three weeks to actually get a hold of her. I never received a return call even though the management at the front desk was passing along the notes. I would not write her one star review just for the policy, but the lack of communication and disrespect of not calling me back is unacceptable in the hospitality business. Finally got a hold of the GM today and despite me being a good customer, there was no wiggle room or even an ounce of offer to help. Will not be staying here again. Very unfortunate as most of the staff is great. Best of luck to them as they will need it.

  1 They changed me to park in the parking lot. 2. Put me in the noiest room they had. 3 treated me like I was a total moron because they girl at the counter doesn't know how to do the key right and when I told her it doesn't work she re did they key had me follower her to the room and said you have to lift up on the handle. You don't think I didn't try that, and who does that fix your door. 4 the coffee creamer was spoiled and they started cleaning the coffee machine while we were trying to get coffee for breakfast. Do not recommend and will not stay here again.
