- MGMay GuoApr 19, 20263.0I booked a double bed room. The room was spacious, and they had a small table by the chair that we could use as an extra nightstand. There is a bathtub. The bathroom sink was small so the countertop always got wet when I washed my hands. They have bath soap/shampoo/conditioner on the wall, which was nice. The armchair has nice lighting for photos and videos. The room has a microwave and a small fridge (with freezer). The complimentary Internet stopped working on Saturday and wasn't working when I left the next day. The room was kind of dirty. The power strip was covered in dust. I had to put a paper towel over it so my bags wouldn't get dust if it was on it. The drawers were also kind of dirty (lots of dust and small things).

- RERaven EliseMar 22, 20265.0I've stayed in several hotels in Tyler, and this one has been the cleanest and most comfortable one with the nicest staff. The location is perfectly walkable for restaurants, walgreens, a convenience store/gas station, and a paved nature walking trail. The bar closes kind of early but hey, there is a bar. Also a 24-hour fitness room. No one complained about my bratty kid being loud because this hotel is so enormous they probably can't hear him. The restaurant is SO good. Happy to stay here again.
