The front desk staff is cheerful and happy and seem to be ready to help you. This is now my favorite place to stay in Tyler !

- CVColby VoMar 16, 20261.0This hotel has a strange odor on each floor and the carpet was dirty. I checked in and our toilet was not working and no water. No solution or remedy was offered to fix it. The hot water was not working either. Manager was no where to be found. The receptionist was trying to be helpful, but could not do anything. I had to leave and find another hotel within 2 hours of checking in. Not only did they not refund me or offer anything, they charged extra hidden fees for checking in and other things. They have been unresponsive. Avoid this place.
