Room was fine but the clientele was awful. From midnight to 2am it sounded like there was a party in the second floor hallway with people talking loudly and slamming doors for 2 hours. We got no sleep at all. Definitely crossing this location off the list.

Preferred place to stay while in Tyler. Perfectly located, rooms are spacious, clean and quiet with plenty of parking. The beds are comfy offering down filled pillows and a well working AC that will keep you cool at night. I travel for work and have had my share of hotels in small towns on a company budget, and this one has by far topped all of my expectations beyond my Marriott preferences.
Upon checking in I was greeted by Zayden who was extremely professional and welcoming. He acknowledged my loyalty with IHG and accommodated my room preferences and requests. I was impressed by the options for breakfast as most are usually basic and bland. If you’re looking for a fantastic hotel in Tyler, this one is the place to be for respectful and mature adults who don’t care for loud noise outside their room all hours of the night.
Thank you Staybridge! I will be back next month!
