From the very beginning I was greeted by Austin, and he was very welcoming and very understanding from the beginning! He truly does an amazing job at making sure guest feel very welcomed and greeted! He has a lot of patience and definitely does an amazing at his job! I am so glad I chose to stay here out of the several places I reviewed. Highly recommend and will most definitely be returning, mainly to see Austin and his amazing customer service!! Big thank you to Austin for being so amazing!! He was the face of the hotel and company today!!! Keep it up Austin!!
