From the minute I walked in I was impressed with the fast and friendly service. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The hotel itself was quiet. It's not right on a main road so there is not a lot of traffic noise. The doors don't slam shut in the hotel like most places either. It was a quiet pleasant stay for my business trip and I do plan on returning! Don't stay on 69/Broadway, stay here instead
