    The room was clean and spacious, almost like a studio apartment. Quick service and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

    Me and my family stay at homewood suites 12+ times a year and this was the worst experience at Tyler, Texas location. There's a African American male(sorry if he doesn't identify as male)at the front desk who seemed very sassy and does not like to be bothered. Our room was dirty and a few things were in need of repair and he didn't want to hear it I was told he said it was complaining. We've been staying at homewood suites for years and we've never experienced this type of attitude and people who seems to really dislike their job. My question to the person who's over this location is if my room is dirty at check in and things are in need of repair who do I report these things to if the only person who's supposed to get me checked in either doesn't like their job, customers, or just don't want to be bothered with anything?

    The recent remodel is outstanding. The lobby and exercise room are nice. And especially the wonderful breakfast cook! Korea is the best! An important thing that is missing, however, is an EV charger. The charger next door at Days Inn has been broken for a long time, and Homewood Suites would benefit greatly and attract business with a Tesla Destination charger. We will have to look elsewhere in town for now.
