The kids wanted to visit a big hotel and we wanted something dog friendly and choose the Holiday Inn. The location was great and safe, it was close to many dining options, parks, and downtown Tyler was a short 15 minute drive. The staff was friendly, the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and while it was closed for the season the pool area looked nice. The kids loved the lemon water, sometimes it is the little touches that make a difference :)

It’s a conference center hotel so people will be working and sometimes outside of the conference center. We have stayed here previously and this experience was a lot better.
