- MRM RSep 28, 20253.0Check in took a while with three people in line waiting. Tried to use the app but couldn't get the digital key to load for a few minutes....then finally succeeded. Very sparsely stocked snack bar (actually never seen one at a HGI with so few items). Asked the front desk person about any more items to choose from and purchase but only received a shrug as a reply. But the morning staff person was super helpful and pleasant and more than made up for the previous night. Room was okay. Bed was comfortable. Dim lighting in the bathroom though. Room light bulbs didn't match - some yellow light, some whiter light. The cleaning staff did not replenish several needed items in the bathroom. The comments about the hotel upkeep are still accurate. Trim and molding pieces near the elevators are still broken away from the walls. The hotel rooms looked dated, bathrooms especially. TV worked, HVAC worked well, and the blackout curtains were a plus.
