They are currently going through construction, which is not posted anywhere when booking. (There is a note on the door when walking in.) I understand that updates and construction happen. The issue is when it's 8pm and it's still happening. Our room was nice, minus the noise. Customer service was lacking, because there was no management available.

This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in years. First of all, we showed up at 2 PM. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t even come let us check in because it was an hour early. The entire parking lot was empty, and she was sitting in the lobby. She rudely says “you can’t check in until 3 pm”. I’ve NEVER had a hotel not let us check in early. Was I expecting our room to be ready? No. But at least let us check in! So we come back around 8 pm, and now there’s a man at the front desk singing and acting very odd. He gives us a room key and we get to our room and our bed isn’t made, the bathroom is disgusting, and there’s even HAIR on the wall. So, we come back down to the front desk and they say the have a suite for us. We go to our suite and it’s still not super clean. But, better than the first room. A HUGE spider web right above the bed though. So gross.
