    I reserved a room. Got a confirmation number . When we arrived there were no rooms available. It took over a half hour at the front desk to find this out. This all took place at 11:00 pm. We had been traveling all day and we were very disappointed. We are Hilton rewards members.

    Liz was amazing. She was able to get the whole crew rooms by the time we arrived. She made the whole process easy for us and we didn't have to worry about finding rooms during the storm and we were able to focus on our job. Thank you Liz. We will be calling this hotel first anytime we work in the area.

    Beware that hotel is undergoing renovations so guarantee to sleep isn’t possible. Listening to a person who has been disruptive since 5 a.m. Pacing and running like a caged animal. Called front desk and nothing happened to address the situation. Also was moved around three times due to malfunctioning door lock and renovation disruption which can last until 11 p.m. on weekends. Rates are cheap but the experience isn’t worth saving a few dollars for a descent night’s rest. In conclusion the room I ended up in was used. Shower is not clean. Also at 8:30 am a random piercing alarm was activated. I was already up and gathering my items together to leave. I will never forget the experience that I had here. Again with renovations you never know what you might encounter.

    Well we are currently at this hotel, my husband's Company just purchased a Nursing Facility near by and he's out here doing some work getting the parking lot ready! We made it to the hotel after 3 there were several people ahead of when we finally got to the counter the guy had informed us and everyone before us that he had solid confirmation that all rooms on lower level were cleaned and ready to go! So when we got up to the 3rd floor the girl was still cleaning the room we got assigned to and she said she would be a lil while longer getting the room finished so we headed back downstairs till it was ready...then about 15 minutes the guy at the front desk said y'all are good to go we got to the room it did not smell or look clean but my husband was tired from working all morning so we said we gon tough it out for one night! But we do not plan on booking this hotel when we come back next month! Then later that even we came back from going eat dinner the guy at the front desk was having an argument with someone on the phone and he answered us very rudely because we asked what time was check out...on my husband's company hotel booking app the hotel said they can get 2pm late check out but I guess he was to pissed off to even take the time to look into that for us but like I said we won't be back here and they need to get new housekeepers because apparently they don't know how to clean! The door has so much of a gap like it must have been knocked off balance I really don't like that doesn't feel safe so when my husband leaves for work in the morning I will definitely be up till he gets back!
