Rusted kitchen utensils, cabinets falling off the wall, stained walls in the hallways, stains all over the fridge from roaches, roaches coming out from behind the fridge, visible roach killer everywhere in the rooms, the smell is so strong of roach killer in the room, visible damages to the tub, outlets broken in the walls, floor trim just not there. They put us in twin size beds when we were reserved for full size beds but they said they gave our rooms to other people and made us pay $150 incidental and when we checked at after 1-2 hours the guy down stairs said we won't get our deposit back. They kept asking us what hotel we were switching to and being just rude once we told them we were checking out and switching hotels. Do not stay here and if you do check the rooms and take pictures of EVERYTHING.

Experinced some minor houskeeping issues could have been because of holiday short staff. Over all a good stay I would reccomend this location.

It is nice, clean, quiet, in a safe location, affordable, convenient to everything and above all, the manager, Shannon is wonderful. She and her entire staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay. Since the suites all have a kitchen, including a fridge with an ice maker, I don't have to go out for every meal.
