    The older lady with reddish blond hair is such a smart mouth she was rude and talk to us like we were stupid I will not be returning back to this hotel as long as she is here I don't know her name but she's probably in her mid forties or fifties she was just horrible

    Jason was so nice he helps you in any kind of way and makes your stay great he has excellent customer service skills they should promote him to manager one day he would do great

    I was bitten by something in bed. The breakfast was terrible. They even kicked me out because of my dog, despite the online policy stating that dogs are allowed. My dog was only 4 pounds, but they found that a problem.

    Staff is just okay. Photos are deceptive. This property is old, dated, and not wha you’re thinking you get when booking online. WiFi is horrible, almost non existent due to the speed. Breakfast is slim pickings and not very good. The pool is only open like 3 months of the year. Just lots of disappointing things that from the listing you’d expect. So prepare to be disappointed, and then kinda stuck during your stay. Look somewhere else, for sure.

    Do not book a room at this hotel. I booked a room early morning because I had work in a couple of hours and didn't want to drive home. So I thought I would splurge a little bit and stay in a room. But no that was not the case. I booked through Booking.com and when I arrived they had no information about my booking and was pretty much told they couldn't do anything about it and I didn't get the room I booked. I didn't get any room they just said thats all they could do. Absolute garbage of a hotel
