- MSMr. SinglendonNov 27, 20254.0As so often happens,.the night person at check-in is friendly, then ownership is on duty in the morning when you leave. I had turned my key in at about 10:00 a.m. thinking I was leaving, then thought I might have left something in the room. I went back to the desk and asked the guy if I could have a key to run back in to the room. His personal skills were so bad that he just uttered: "let me go see"-- and acted mad. He never returned. I just went ahead and found a maid who let me in. That's why I try to stay in US owned properties when I travel.

Your room doesn’t come with seating…so when you’re dressed and waiting for your spouse to get finished getting ready you can either sit back on the bed or in a sticky office chair.. 2. Our TV remote didn’t work, went to the front desk and he was absolutely no help. 3. The room was smelly, and listen I know I shouldn’t be too picky on a $100 room but it was sooooooo stinky. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s mold under the carpets. 3. All vending machines were out of order… overall it was in a good area and close to everything just seems like best western gave up and forgot about this place. I’m glad we only stayed one night.
