The front desk attendant was polite, but when I asked whether the pool was heated, he simply said no—without mentioning that it wasn’t clean or suitable for use. He also said there was no hot tub, even though there was one, but it wasn’t clean or available. I booked through Priceline for a room with two beds, but was only given one. When I asked the hotel to correct it, they refused. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable odor, and the furniture surfaces—dresser, TV stand, and tables—were covered in enough dust to write my name. There was food and items from the previous guest left in the drawers. When advising the attendant, there was no concern about fixing the problem. Breakfast was another disappointment. The orange juice tasted sour, the sausage was undercooked both days, and when I asked for more potatoes, I was told there were none left. The food quality was poor, especially for kids. The pool area had leaves floating in the water and even a chair submerged under it. To make things worse, there was ongoing construction, and workers were throwing materials into a dumpster right outside my window, causing loud noise all day. Overall, this stay was not worth the money. The cleanliness, food, and amenities were all below standard. Save your money and look elsewhere.
