- AFAmanda Fisher1 day ago1.0Super frustrating that people have been complaining about the false advertising on the heated pool for over year - and yet the website still states “enjoy our heated indoor pool.” It is NOT heated and absolutely freezing. They should remove that misleading information. It’s the only reason we chose the hotel for our kids.

The breakfast is not included with the rooml which is very disappointing. The cost is $9.99 per person for all you can eat but that's too much for a simple coffee and muffin.

The Hotel was clean almost spotless, our room was super clean, the air conditioner worked well, over all it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our overnight visit.

The chair in the King Suite was broken. All of the ice machines were down and they took us to the back to get ice. The indoor swimming pool was not maintained.
