  The dirtiest IHG hotel we've ever stayed in. After finding toenails on the floor of our first room, we moved but found exactly the same thing in the second. Toenails and food crumbs on the floor, cobwebs in every corner of the floor and ceiling, filthy entryway tile, dirty fitness equipment, ran out of regular coffee pods, and a shower unit that belongs in an econo lodge. Incredibly disappointing stay! On a positive note, the staff was friendly in spite of a language barrier.

  This was absolutely the dirtiest room we have ever stayed in for a Holiday Inn. They moved us from the first room when we reported the nail clippings and dirt all over the floor. The second room was just as bad, including trash and dirt between furniture pieces. We asked them to specifically vacuum the next morning but if they did it was not noticeable. The pool had a closed sign on it all 3 days we were there. The desk clerk had no idea why or if it would reopen. The breakfast area was large and looked clean but the food choices were very limited and never changed except things would be missing. The toaster was gone the second morning, water disappeared the second morning and never returned. Just over all a very unsatisfactory stay!

  We only stayed one night, but if we come back over in this area this is where we will stay again. Hotal was not only clean and in a nice area, but the customer service was some of the best I have experienced. Ken was working the front desk when we arrived and left. He was amazing. Holiday inn needs to have him showing others how its done. Rooms where also great very clean and alot more space than we expected. Breakfast was included and was a very nice setup.

  The lobby area was well kept and inviting. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

  I chose this location for a staycation with my grandchildren. The reason I chose this location was they had an onsite restaurant with a full service breakfast and dinner service. It also had an indoor pool. My thinking was a nice little get away and we would not have to leave the property. We arrived to check in on Friday Jan 16th. Dropped luggage in room went back to have dinner only to be told the restaurant was closed. They had issue with the chef but no worries breakfast would be served as promised in the morning. When arrived for breakfast we were asked to pay. I told them I paid already (extra) when I booked. All I can say is I am flabbergasted they would expect someone to pay extra for this it was not equivalent to what other holiday inn express serves. They had scrambled egg bacon sausage and potato. No bread for toast and only apple juice. I had other issues with the plumbing as well. I was told the restaurant had been closed for weeks and they hoped to reopen in a few months.I called to speak to the manager Brian he told me they had a full restaurant breakfast with omelette etc. they did not. In my eyes he was basically calling me a liar. I asked that the portion I paid for breakfast be refunded. He told me he would not refund it or help me with any of my concerns. Do not recommend this location go a little further down the road to western center and I35 where you will be appreciated. That is what I did I ended up paying for room I there and for a room at the holiday in on I35 and Western center blvd. If you stayed there the weekend of Jan 16 and 17th 2026 I hope that you had a better experience then we did. Took this to corporate as I felt they should know how their customers are treated. I will say the staff was nice
