However i checked in way early and got there at like 15:30 and my chosen and designated room was not ready even though I was told to select that specific room. Immediate bad impression. Update. Both of my keys now do not work . My digital key does not work . And last night I tried to buy a bottle of water and the guy could not give me a receipt because his computer was that backed up. This absolutely undoubtedly makes me not ever want to go to hilton ever again. This has been an absolutely terrible experience and its literally day 2 of my 7 day stay.
