- ASAndres SusarretDec 20, 20251.0My wife and I came here to enjoy the location in walking distance from shopping. However, the entire experience was ruined by how bad this hotel has been. First, we weren't told it would be under construction and the rates we got do not reflect that. They are renovating the entire 3rd and 4th floors and you can hear the drilling and grinding all the way to the first floor (we already moved once from the 2nd floor to the first floor to try and make it better). Second, we didn't realize the "breakfast" in the lobby area was an additional charge; the self-serve scrambled eggs were dry and inedible and there was no selection and the total price for two people was something like $40+! There was no hair dryer in the room, and the Internet went out at a critical moment when I needed to get some emails done. Just a bad overall experience, not reflective of the brand at all.
