Outdated hotel, Horrible Management and Customer Service. I would never stay at this hotel again and will not send any of my coworkers from out of town to this location again. Hilton has lost a customer.

Rooms are outdated. No USB power outlets and carpets are worn and dis-colored. Wifi seems to never work here for past month and half but the hardline works fine though. Brrakfast service is the only saving grace.

I have been trying reach someone to answer a question on an existing reservation and I have been bounced around so many times and given a number and hit the option and it rings two or three times and just hangs up... I have tried 800 numbers and was on hold for ever and then it sounded like someone picked up and then hung up..... Tried asking for a manager and it seems they don't have the capibility to transfer you to speak to a manager... THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Never had such a bad experience staying at a Hilton there were multiple stains on the bed but I did not want to give housekeeping a hard time. The main reason my stay was unacceptable was the fire alarm going off one morning very early causing my elderly mother and I to jump out of bed and try our best to get down 4 flights of stairs. After we evacuated I tried making contact with front desk to confirm it was safe to return to the room and got no response through the app or by calling front desk until I had to go back inside the building myself where the young front desk agent (female) was standing on her phone and was of no help claimed chat in the app was down and for some reason did not hear any of my 5 calls the way the situation was handled was very concerning employees should be better trained for these types of things I got no apologies or anything I’m highly disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay was awful, stayed there for the location since we had a concert at the pavilion, but the Wifi didnt work staff just said "we are working on it"... I mean 3 days and no solution? The lock on the door didnt work well... the safe didnt work and even if it did it was tiny with a key...front desk said we will check it in the morning... and no one came they have a great location and it looks nice from the outside but for the price per night they charge the hotel should be way better
