Due to different flight schedules, a member of our group arrived earlier than expected... In brief: upon my arrival, the guest services representative explained the misunderstanding on behalf of the member who arrived early and immediately resolved the cc issue. Thank you Mr. Dezmeon for the quick resolution! Nonetheless, our stay was immaculate. The suites were incredibly spacious, comfortable, cozy and well-appointed. We really enjoyed the atrium lobby with free made-to-order breakfast each morning and complimentary drinks and snacks during our nightly evening reception. The location couldn't be in a more perfect area. You'll love being in the heart of Hughes Landing, a modern hub within "The Woodlands," providing convenient access to both business and leisure (waterway, concerts at pavilion, shopping and dining) – to name a few. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Loved being able to close thick doors to divide the living space, bathroom, and bedroom. Staff was kind, professional, accommodating, and just overall amazing. That breakfast- just wow! The local area was absolutely beautiful with lots of water fowl that I'd never seen before. Everything was walkable and there was even a free trolley for even more shopping and dining locations. Even the local mounted security were friendly. I highly recommend this location.
