Man at check in was rude. Asked if I’d be parking and for my plate number, but did not say it was going to be added to the bill. Then there is a QR code in the parking deck, you are asked to scan that and pay thru an app. The next morning at check out, I find a charge on my bill and was told it cannot be taken off despite paying for the parking on the app. Then the older lady at the desk refused to use a different card I wanted to use and charged the wrong card. Had no response except, sorry and sent me on my way. This place was lousy. Rude service, other guests were rude, overall bad experience.

We may have just went on a bad night. Their server was down and we weren’t able to get room keys. Once the server was back up and people were getting room keys, one of the front desk guys was giving attitude to our boss who reserved these rooms months in advance.. there was a big issue with them not allowing them to access our room keys to distribute them to us. Then they couldn’t remember what rooms they gave us and asked us to go try the keys. My coworker used his key and walked in his room to find the room was occupied. We stayed for two nights and our room key wouldn’t work every time we left the room. We had to go back down to the front desk to get a new key at least 4 times. The rooms were clean just a little out dated. I liked the complimentary drink service. The bar was always busy and only had one bartender so there was usually quite a wait but she was nice.

Excelente ubicación. El cuarto enorme y coómodo. El desayuno rico pero no hay muchas opciones. El laguito al frente del hotel es muy lindo.

I stayed at this hotel back in December. I have zero complaints. The location, staff, cleanliness of the hotel were perfect. I really appreciate how Chaunay, Dezmeon and the breakfast hostess (sorry forgot her name) were extremely kind and helpful on my visit. I will definitely be back.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton was awesome. Great staff! The breakfast was definitely delicious. The only thing that was missing was the grits. They had oatmeal but I don't eat that. Everyone there were just awesome. I recommend this place anytime.
