    Disappointing stay overall. Checked in Friday around 5 p.m. and the first room had a mattress so worn you could feel the springs all night. After complaining, we were moved to another room. While the bed was better, the shower had almost no water pressure and the TV didn’t work at all. One night was impacted by a bad bed, and the next day by a broken shower and TV. Not the quality or consistency I expect from a Hilton property, especially as a Hilton Honors member.

    One of the nicest places I've ever stayed, very accommodating, and the room was actually cold! Pillows need an upgrade, so does water pressure, but staff were great, very clean. Mahin was a great front desk, and breakfast cook was so nice.

    The staff here is awesome, the location is perfect if you're hanging out in the Frisco, Lewisville, The Colony area. Really my only complaint is that the mattress is horrible, the one in our room is hard as a rock, and for me it is not comfortable to sleep on.

    Everything was fantastic… hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing. The only complaint I had were the pillows were dead. I needed to stack three to make one normal pillow and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

    The rooms have no dressers to put cloths. The room is very small. They server powder eggs. It takes over a week before they return your security deposit and always trying to blame the bank. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A TRU HILTON AGAIN!!
