The staff were all really nice. The massive breakfast selection at this one. You get to make your own Texas waffle, that was the icing on the top. I’ll be back here.

I've slept in truck beds that are more comfortable. We have one more night to go tonight here and I'm probably going to try the hide-a-bed in the couch in our room...there's no way it can be worse than the bed. I can't overstate how uncomfortable the beds are.

I was initially shocked by her tone and unprofessional behavior. I am truly disappointed by this experience, particularly as it suggests a lack of value for all guests at the Homewood Suites. Furthermore, I'm surprised by the $5 daily parking fee. I kindly request that management address this issue by ensuring all employees are trained to treat guests, especially Diamond members, with the utmost respect. Concerning the location, the hotel is situated in a favorable area within the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Its strategic proximity to DFW International Airport, dining establishments, and shopping centers is advantageous. If you want convenience in a bedroom community to the city, this hotel offers it. Rooms: The rooms are relatively nice, spacious, and clean. These are a few great qualities about this hotel as long as you're willing to deal with the poor behavior of customer service at this hotel.
- LLLily LindseyOct 6, 20255.0A very good friend of mine booked a non refundable room and had some unfortunate events come up so the person that was originally going with her was no longer going to accompany her and I volunteered to go with her. I had reached out to the hotel to see what amenities they might offer to make my friend feel better about this whole trip and boy did they come through. Julia Koroleva is an absolute gem. Being someone who has worked in the service industry my whole life I know that it can be daunting but Julia really stepped up to make our stay special. I just wanted some flowers and wine to make my friend smile and she came through. She was invested in our situation and really put an effort to make it known that she wanted to make this perfect. There’s not much compassion left in the world so when you come across someone who doesn’t know you what so ever and it’s obvious that not only are they there to help but that they actually WANT TO it’s refreshing. These gestures might seem small but it really is the little things that count. Not to mention it was a very clean, safe place to stay in a great location and the continental breakfast was really good. Seriously thank you to Julia and the homewood crew for making our stay special.
