I’m not understanding how intelligent designers can’t understand air flow vents are saturated with mold and also beings in heavy chemical products for the guest. If you’re gonna design air flow vents Hilton AT LEAST change tour products. I had difficulty breathing, eye burning, headache, skin burning, and pain. Sitting at the desk, u beneath the vent I was inhaling the bleach cleaner and before I knew, it was already done. Terrifying isn’t the word to express how bad the experience was. I’m done with Hilton until they actually care about their customers

I had some special sweets delivered to the hotel - Carmen and the staff at the hotel took them up to her room, added a Birthday Card, and put the sweets in her fridge in the room. A-Mazing extra effort on their part... super 'sweet' end to my Wife's day! KUDOS to this staff for going above and beyond! Def Recommend!
