- DMDra MinFeb 13, 20261.0I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The noise levels were unacceptable. You could clearly hear people walking around in the hallways and rooms above, doors slamming loudly, and even feel the room and bed shaking when people walked by. It made it extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable, which only added to the frustration. On top of that, the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful during my stay. I was surprised that there were no basic complimentary toiletries like toothpaste available, and when I asked if I could purchase some, they were completely out. Overall, the lack of comfort, excessive noise, and poor customer service made this a negative experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

- SLSamuel LincolnFeb 2, 20265.0This is our go-to place to stay when visiting the Dallas Metro. It's close to all kinds of great dining and places to shop. Easy on/off to highways too. I gave it a 4 on the rooms only because we've had issues with the breakers in each room getting overloaded and tripping. Thankfully, the box is in the room and you can just set things right, but they seem to have the power over allocated and it could become an issue if you have something in the fridge and that happens. All in all though, great place to stay. The breakfast is always fresh and good too!
