  I read the newer reviews before I came here again. I haven't had a bad experience here. Been here several times. Front desk customer service is very kind. Rooms clean. There is a little musty smell but guys we are in humid sub tropical climate here. Everything molds. They are doing a good job keeping it clean. I had stayed in Seabrook area prior they were extremely rude to me. I love it here. Thank you.

  Hotel room door was shut, but people could clearly still see through a crack in the top. The fire safety doors on the stairwells had door returns that were broken and they were damaged. The hotel likely was hurt by a hurricane and needed fixed. Find another location. I stayed, but would never bring my family here.

  We arrived to this hotel after a horrible encounter at a different one moments before. Sandra at the front desk was welcoming and help me get a last minute room. She went above and beyond. (Great customer service) . The room was a king suite. When I walked in the rooms floor was slippery for the humidity(what do you expect being so close to the water) the water pressure was ok, wish it had more and the bed was clean,stain free ,and the bed was comfortable. Thank you Sandra for your help and a comfortable place to stay worry free.

  When entering the lobby, there was a heavy smell of marijuana mixed with cleaning agent. We checked in. I asked for 'special requests' like the pullout couch to be made up, an extra blanket, etc. When we did find the blanket kit for the pullout, the sheet was disgusting, the comforter was ripped up badly. When we first entered the room, the smell of cleaning agent was overwhelming. Being a person sensitive to many smells and allergic to certain cleaners and environmental factors, this concerned me. By morning the smell of cleaners was gone and all I smelled was heavy mold. This was my go to hotel for our cruises, we've stayed multiple times. I don't know what happened, but we will NEVER return to this establishment. Once I find out the franchisee and other properties, I will blacklist those as well.

  My partner and I arrived at the hotel, when we entered the room there was a strong smell to humidity. When we asked the Front Desk to change rooms and he said that all rooms smell the same that if I turned the AC it would go away. He was kind enough to cancel our reservation and we went somewhere else. When leaving, we could notice from the outside that there was green mold on the walls, also noted from the inside.
