- AJA James4 days ago1.0The water was out for a significant portion of the daytime on the second day of my stay. They said it was due to a leak, but showers sinks toilets would not work. No attempt was made to apologize or compensate for this. Additionally small baby roaches scurried on the counter in the kitchenette. I let the front desk know and again nothing was done. I was told the manager would reach out, never heard anything, so finally posting a review.

The only cons were the new lady when we left knocking on our door asking us what time are we leaving? As we were being rushed after spending 2 months there and probably $2000 + there. It seemed very distasteful. Also the lady asked my room # and told me my card was declined one day at breakfast infront of people. She needs to learn better customer service. She doesnt even look approachable. But overall Alexis made this stay so pleasant , spoke to myself and kids every morning just went above and beyond every single day! What a kind soul. I would deff recommend this hotel
