I woke up at least five times during the night because a terrible sewage smell kept coming up from the hallway every 30 minutes and seeping into our room. It was so bad that I had to get up and put towels under the door to block the smell from coming in. On top of that, the sink in the bathroom barely had any running water. This was our first stay after getting the Hilton membership card, but sadly, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. My whole family felt the same way. The next day, we switched to a Marriott hotel instead.
